ضرورت آموزشهای اجتماعی جهت توسعه رفتار شهروندی در کلان شهرهای ایران
نظر به اینکه من به رشته آموزشهای اجتماعی بسیار اهمیت می دادم و مطمئن بودم این آموزشها از مدیریت منطقی در کلان شهرهای ایران برخوردار نیست در رساله مقطع دکتری تلاش کردم این موضوع را جدی بگیرم و به دنبال تحقیق و نتیجه گیری از این موضوع باشم لذا:
تعداد زیادی نمونه از جامعه شهری کلانشهر تهران را با استفاده از پرسشنامه تهیه و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری با هم مقایسه کردم.
بالاخره متوجه شدم که مردم تهران برای شهروند خوب بودن نیاز به توسعه آموزش اجتماعی دارند و ایجاد رفتارهای بهینه در شهرهای بزرگ یک ضرورت اجتماعی است.
من این برنامه را ضرورتی حیاتی و یک نیاز جدی تشخیص دادم.
شهرسازی برمبنای گسترش آموزشهای اجتماعی می‌تواند به طرح‌ریزی و تغییر چهره شهرها و مناطق شهری کمک کند. آموزشهای اجتماعی شامل آموزش عمومی، آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای، آموزش فرهنگی و هنری، آموزش بهداشت و سلامت، آموزش مهارت‌های اجتماعی و غیره است. این نوع آموزشها معمولاً به منظور توسعه فردی و اجتماعی افراد، افزایش سطح آگاهی و دسترسی به فرصت‌های بهتر زندگی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.
با توجه به تأثیر قوی آموزشهای اجتماعی، شهرسازان می‌توانند از این ظرفیت استفاده کنند تا شهرها را بهبود بخشند و چهره آن‌ها را تغییر دهند. در زیر پارامترهایی که در این روند نقش دارند را بررسی می‌کنیم:
1. توسعه آموزش و پرورش: آموزش و پرورش عمومی و حرفه‌ای به افراد مهارت‌ها و دانش لازم برای مشارکت فعال در جامعه را می‌دهد و از طریق آن می‌تواند به توانمندسازی افراد و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در شهرها کمک کند.
2. ایجاد فرصت‌های برابر: آموزشهای اجتماعی به عنوان یک ابزار مهم برای ایجاد فرصت‌های برابر بین افراد از نظر آموزشی و شغلی عمل می‌کند. این فرصت‌ها می‌توانند به توزیع عادلانه‌تر منابع و فرصت‌های شهری کمک کرده و نقش تفاوت‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی را کاهش دهند.
3. توسعه فرهنگ شهروندی: آموزشهای اجتماعی می‌توانند به توسعه فرهنگ شهروندی فعال و مسئولیت‌پذیری در جامعه کمک کنند. افراد با آگاهی بیشتر درباره حقوق و وظایف شهروندی، مشارکت سیاسی، حقوق بشر و مسائل اجتماعی، بهبود و تحولات شهری را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند.
4. طراحی شهری بر پایه آموزش: آموزشهای اجتماعی می‌توانند در فرآیند طراحی شهبهبود شهری نقش مهمی ایفا کنند. شهرسازان می‌توانند از نتایج تحقیقات و دانش آموزشی برای طراحی فضاهای عمومی، ایجاد محل‌های آموزشی و فرهنگی، توسعه سیستم‌های حمل و نقل عمومی و بهبود زیرساخت‌های شهری استفاده کنند.
5. ارتقای آگاهی جمعی: آموزشهای اجتماعی با ارتقای آگاهی جمعی درباره مسائل شهری می‌توانند تعاملات و گفتگوهای سازنده میان اعضای جامعه را تشویق کنند. این امر منجر به ایجاد فرصت‌های همکاری و تعامل بین افراد، سازمان‌ها و مراکز مختلف در جهت بهبود شهرها می‌شود.
در کل، آموزشهای اجتماعی می‌توانند پارامترهای مهمی در فرآیند شهرسازی باشند. با توجه به نیازها و چالش‌های هر شهر، این آموزشها می‌توانند به شکل‌های مختلفی در نظر گرفته شوند تا به بهبود و توسعه پایدار شهرها کمک کنند.
The necessity of social education for the development of citizenship behavior in the big cities of Iran
Considering that I attached great importance to the field of social studies and I was sure that these studies do not have rational management in the big cities of Iran, I tried to take this issue seriously in my doctoral thesis and seek research and conclusions from this issue, therefore:
I prepared a large number of samples from the urban community of Tehran metropolis using a questionnaire and compared them using statistical tests.
Finally, I realized that the people of Tehran need to develop social education to be good citizens, and creating optimal behaviors in big cities is a social necessity.
I recognized this program as a vital necessity and a serious needUrbanization based on the expansion of social education can help to plan and change the face of cities and urban areas. Social education includes general education, technical and vocational education, cultural and artistic education, health education, social skills education, etc. These types of training are usually used in order to develop individuals and social people, increase the level of awareness and access life opportunities.
Due to the powerful influence of social learning, urban planners can use this work to improve cities and change their face. In subtitles that examine the role in this process:
1.Development of education: general and professional education gives people the skills and students to participate actively in the society and through it can help to empower people and improve the quality of life in cities.
2. Creating equal opportunities: Social education serves as an important tool to create equal opportunities between people in terms of education and career. These opportunities can contribute to more equitable use of resources and urban opportunities and reduce social and economic roles.
3. Development of citizenship culture: Social education can help develop an active and responsible citizenship culture in society. People with more information about citizenship rights and duties, political participation, human rights and social issues influence urban improvement and transformation.
4. Urban design based on education: social education can play an important role in the design of urban development. City planners can use the results of research and educational knowledge to design public space, create educational and cultural places, develop public transportation systems, and improve urban infrastructure.
5. Promotion of collective awareness: social education can form among the members of society by promoting collective awareness about urban issues. This will create opportunities and cooperation between people, organizations and different centers for the improvement of cities.
In general, social studies can be the most important methods of urban development. According to the needs and challenges of each city, these trainings can be considered in different ways to help the improvement and sustainable development of cities.
